Our Story

In 2024, Salud's co-owner Angel embarked on a journey to understand and care for her 4C hair type after a significant "big chop." She desired to wear her natural hair more frequently, moving away from relying solely on protective styles.

Seeking a solution for healthy hair growth and maintenance, she discovered the powerful healing and nourishing properties of natural herbs. Inspired by her findings, Angel began experimenting in her own kitchen, formulating her own herbal butter and oil. Witnessing the positive transformation in her own hair, she began sharing her herbal creation with her family and friends, who also experienced positive results.

What started as a personal journey of self-discovery and hair care quickly evolved into a mission to empower others. Now Angel's carefully crafted herbal products are being shared with the world, offering a natural and effective solution for those seeking to embrace and nurture their own natural hair.
